Reservation and Cancellation Terms
A deposit equivalent to one night’s fee per campsite reserved is payable on reservation.
Reservation deposits may be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
The reserved site is not guaranteed because some changes might occur without notice. However, the requested services such as water, electricity and sewage system will be respected if a change of site has to be made.
Cancellations and changes
- An amount equivalent to one night’s fee per campsite reserved will be charged for cancelling a reservation. The deposit previously paid by credit card will be kept in payment for this charge.
- Cancelling one or several campsites that are part of a group reservation comprising more than one campsite will be considered a cancellation. An amount equivalent to the value of one night’s fee per campsite reserved will be charged for cancelling the reservation. The deposit previously paid by credit card will be kept in payment for this charge.
Less than 48 hours prior to the start of the visit: An amount equivalent to the full cost of the stay reserved will be charged to the credit card for cancelling the reservation.
